The platform

Red Command - the surface you use
Red Command sits over the four operational layers - it is not a fifth peer to them. Exchange is a surface inside it. Deploy/configure verbs live on Agents, Net and Ops - the standalone Forge page is retired.

Staying pointed at the right thing
- Alignment score A 0–100 read on how closely activity matches stated intent.

- North Star The overall mission for the business, then for each part of it - one at the top, one active per department.
- Strategic Compass A monthly scored assessment of whether the business is moving toward its North Star.
- Weekly Pulse A Monday conversation: what moved, what drifted, what to focus on.

Roles and seats
Human roles are named differently from agent archetypes on purpose. The individual-contributor seat is Specialist, never Operator - Operator is an internal agent archetype.

Retained from Foundation Content v0.1. These are the terms Red Press argues in; none of them appears in buyer glossary v1.3.
