Why it exists

Sovereignty stated as policy is a promise; sovereignty built as structure is a fact. The term marks the difference - isolation you can inspect rather than terms of service you must trust.

Example

When a client leaves, their install and everything it holds goes with them. There is nothing to extract, because nothing was ever mixed.
