POSITIONING AND STANDARDS
Red Embed
An optional build, designed to end. The licence stays.
Definition
An optional build after Red Eye: a Certified Consultant works inside the business against the ranked plan, on the install that has been live since Eye. The build is designed to end. The licence carries on. Advisory afterwards is never bundled into the build.
Why it exists
Systems built at arm’s length get abandoned. Embedding exists so the business owns the change, not just the software - and so the engagement does not become a dependency.
Example
If Beep commissions a build, the consultant works on the live install. When the build stops, RedOS is still on. They are not buying a report, and they are not buying a permanent pair of hands.
