Actions, Goals and Approvals

The three units of work: a task, what it is for, and the sign-off.

Definition

The three basic units of work in Red Command. An Action is a single piece of work. A Goal is what a set of Actions is meant to achieve. An Approval is a human sign-off before something happens.

Why it exists

The buyer already thinks in tasks, targets and sign-offs. No new vocabulary needed.
