There will only ever be one first cohort.

Red Team consultants are accredited operators who audit, install and run governed AI inside British businesses. This is the window to join the first cohort.

Who we're looking for

  • Professionals with standing - accountants, advisers, fractional executives, specialists whose word already carries weight.
  • Practice owners who want their existing firm to move faster and be worth more.
  • Operators leaving big business with the experience, but not yet the vehicle.
  • People who can sell - with the leadership to back it: a P&L run or a team led, not sales patter alone.
  • Technical implementers who want a methodology and a platform behind their skills.

If none of those is you, this isn't for you. That's deliberate.

You are building your own practice - your clients, your relationships, your revenue. Red First provides the platform, the methodology, the accreditation and the support behind you. For many in the founding cohort this won't be a new business at all: it's the engine that makes the one they already run faster and more valuable.

To be direct about the technology: the platform does the heavy lifting, and the certification exists to teach you everything else. Nobody in this cohort needs to write a line of code.

What waitlist position gets you

  • First offer of a founding seat. Fifteen seats at the founding price of £5,000. After the founding cohort, certification rises to £10,000.
  • Clients, not just a credential. Our launch event has one goal: Red Brief bookings - and that demand is routed to founding-cohort consultants first. You certify into a pipeline, not a job board.
  • Founding cohort status. Every consultant we ever train will know who came first, and your cohort number stays the same.
  • Your £500 converts to seat credit - or comes straight back if you withdraw, or if we don't offer you a place.

£500. Fully refundable. Be clear about what this is: the deposit holds your place in the review order. It does not buy a seat. We are certifying the people who will carry this standard, and we will not certify everyone who applies. If you're the kind of operator we're looking for, you already know it.
