Company Intent is a first-class object - North Star, key assumptions, strategic priorities, success measures. Everything the company does hangs beneath it.
- Knowledge, not a poster. The spine lives in the Knowledge Brain and reaches agents as just-in-time context, so work is proposed in sight of the North Star. Partial

Where the work actually happens.
Every task in the business, for humans and agents alike, on one board. Strategy is not a deck and the to-do list is not a silo - this is where the two meet.
- One board for the whole workforce. People and agents create, claim and complete tasks on the same board, under the same role and department scopes - the working face of one set of gates. Live
- Agents file their own work. When an agent produces something for the company, it lands as a work item against the objective it advances - agent output arrives where the team already works. Live
- Ownership matches the org, not the tool. Owners and directors own the intent and objectives, managers own milestones, specialists and agents create tasks within the scope they are granted. Partial

Client delivery, governed.
For any business that serves clients, this is where delivery lives: each client gets an account, and the agents that service it work inside it, ring-fenced, with a human accountable for everything that goes out of the door.
- An account per client. The client organisation and its contacts as first-class objects, linked into the Knowledge Brain's view of that organisation. Partial
- Ring-fenced per account, structurally. Account data isolation is enforced with row-level security, membership is an explicit grant, and a servicing agent's memory is ring-fenced to its account. Live

- One producer, three beneficiaries. The same agent, schedule and workflow can produce for a client, for the company, or for a person. "Who it is for" is a property of the outcome. Live

Red Drive is the company's document storage - documents and files, full stop. Agents file their work into their own department's folder by convention.
- Department-organised. Finance, Sales, Marketing and the rest, each with its own folders - including the work your agents produce. Live

Team email, managed.
Company mailboxes become managed, AI-assisted work queues - while private mail stays structurally private.
- A privacy wall enforced in the database. Company mail, account-scoped mail, and private mail - private mail structurally cannot enter a shared view or the Knowledge Brain. Live
- Work the queue, don't drown in it. Saved views, snooze, reviewed ticks, team load and agent-activity indicators. Live
- Agent-assisted handling. Have an agent draft the reply for review, write it yourself, or turn a thread into a task. Partial

Messaging inside Red Command - human channels and agent channels. Talk to a deployed agent like a colleague, or drop into its Breakout for focused work. Agents assigned 1:1 are visible only to their user, and human direct messages are never ingested into company knowledge.
